Nero Di Troia Passera "Scopaiola" Masseria Spaccafico Paolo Leo, when tasted, has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections, has an authoritative and decisive smell of blackberries, blueberries and figs, floral notes of violet and peony together with wild hints of leather. In the background black pepper and balsamic trail. On the palate, the softness caresses the palate while the minerality refreshes it, creating a perfect balance; to crown it all there is the right tannic value that accompanies a gentle fruity finish.

COMBINATIONS

Try it with mixed grilled meat, grilled chicken or with meatballs in sauce.
