The "Capichera" white wine of the Capichera winery was born from the intuition of being able to obtain, from the Vermentino grapes, the most loved by Capichera, a wine capable of comparing itself with the great international whites. It is a rich and complex wine with wild flowers, hawthorn, wisteria, rosemary, thyme, lavender, pineapple and flint. Dry, lively, full and enveloping, the finish is long and persistent with rich mineral flavor and elegant fullness.

 

Isola dei Nuraghi White Wine IGT "Capichera" Classico Capichera

When tasted, the Isola dei Nuraghi Bianco IGT Capichera Classico wine from Capichera shows a straw yellow color supported by brilliant golden reflections, while the bouquet opens to the nose in a rich and complex way. The scents consist of aromas of broom, white peach, anise and aromatic herbs, such as rosemary and thyme. Lively, enveloping, full and very fresh: on the palate it is harmonious and fruity, with a long, mineral and savory persistence.

Excellent with seafood recipes. Try it with mussels au gratin.
