It is important to know that rituals related to wine were already present in Etruria since the end of the Bronze Age: the cultivation of the vine, for the Etruscans, was so important that it was the work of the Priests, guardians of all the processing techniques . Iulia Prima is a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, it is an example of how tradition is always very current, a treasure to be preserved and enhanced every day.

Roma DOC Rosso Iulia Prima Marziale ed Orazio, when tasted presents a ruby red color tending towards violet, the nose suggests sensations of cherry and strawberry, green tones of cut grass, Mediterranean scrub and flowers, almost vinous sensations of fruit juice 'grape. Clean and linear tasting, with evident freshness at the forefront and excellently crafted tannins, it presents a timid pace at the beginning but then easily recognisable, especially in the finish, typically mineral, with a long savory trail.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent to accompany typical regional appetizers such as cured meats and cheeses, grilled or baked meats, it is excellent with kebabs.
