Castello Romitorio's Brunello di Montalcino is born in vineyards located in the heart of the municipality of Montalcino. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Castello Di Romitorio wine

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. The wine is aged for a total of 5 years, of which generally 12 months in French tonneaux, 14 months in Slavonian barrels, and for a further 6 months in the bottle.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Castello Di Romitorio wine with a ruby red color, a transparent edge, with an intense, persistent, broad and ethereal aroma reminiscent of the flowering vineyard. There are hints of small fruits, such as blackberries and raspberries, juniper berries and light rose hips. This Brunello turns out to be a wine of extraordinary qualities. Due to its characteristics, it is also enjoyable as a meditation wine.
