Ribolla Gialla comes from vineyards located on the hills around the company center, on purely marly soils and the harvest takes place in the early hours of the morning, strictly by hand, to bring fresh grapes to the cellar that are not heated by the sun. After soft pressing and a first racking, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for at least 8 months before being bottled. This is how a Ribolla Gialla is born which is always a didactic interpretation of the vintage: deep, charismatic and with a touching aromatic opening.

Collio DOC Ribolla Gialla Label Blu Doro Princic, when tasted, has a bright straw yellow color with alluring gold-green reflections, opens a persuasive range of oak and acacia, undergrowth and wildflower honey, then ripe yellow peach and plum with hints of wisteria and cyclamen. Round, tasty tasting, typical of a Ribolla faithful to tradition, it is substantial in freshness and long-lasting in flavor which remains even in the long persistence.

COMBINATIONS

With a swordfish carpaccio but also with pasta with bacon and pecorino, it is a transversal wine!
