The native Albanian wine born from the marriage of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Lo Strabismo di Venere”, produced by Fattoria Paradiso, is a white wine that marvelously expresses all the best peculiarities of fruit and territory. Excellent to accompany land cuisine and vegetarian cuisine, it will form a perfect pair with courgette flower risotto.

 

Forlì Bianco IGT "The Strabismus of Venus" Fattoria Paradiso

It comes from grapes grown and harvested on soils rich in limestone and clay, it is fermented at a controlled temperature and left to mature in steel and cement.
It is a white that perfectly expresses all the best peculiarities of fruit and territory. Very good to accompany the cuisine of the earth and the vegetarian cuisine, with the risotto with courgette flowers it will form a perfect couple.

TASTING NOTES

"Lo Strabismo di Venere" by Fattoria Paradiso when tasted shows a straw yellow color, with subtle greenish reflections to the eye. On the nose there are hints of hawthorn and white flowers in general, then aromas of peach and yellow fruit, and finally vegetable memories and references to aromatic herbs. The sip is fragrant and dynamic, corresponding to the nose, smooth and persistent.

Ideal with land cuisine and vegetarian preparations, it is worth trying to accompany risotto with courgette flowers
