This Friulano from the Sirch winery was produced with a production philosophy inspired by respect for nature and sustainable viticulture which aims to rediscover the traditional style of Friulian wines, this is the intent, through wines that are the result of respect for the territory and exclusive valorization of work in the vineyard.
Colli Orientali Del Friuli DOC Friulano Sirch, when tasted, presents an intense straw yellow color, has an elegant and original olfactory profile in which grapefruit, white peach and sage can be recognized, with a background of oregano. In the mouth the accent clearly pushes on the flavor which reveals, in the second instance, citrus freshness in perfect harmony with the nose; the overall taste is tasty and thirst-quenching, warm and soft with an insistent cedar finish.
Excellent with a slice of salmon flavored with limoncino thyme.
