It is a perfect blend of three white grapes, Vermentino, Viogner and Ansonica, what is found in Vivia, one of the wonders born from the vineyards of the beautiful Maremma farm of the Antinori family, Le Mortelle, in the province of Grosseto and very close to the sea . Terroir distinguished by the perfect balance between soil composition and climate from which these vines, together with steel vinification, have obtained the ideal conditions to best bring out their varietal and freshness characteristics.

 

Maremma Tuscany Bianco DOC "Vivia" Le Mortelle Antinori

Maremma Toscana Bianco DOC "Vivia" Le Mortelle Antinori, when tasted, has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The attack of the aromas is intense, elegant and immediate, recalling clear notes of ripe peach, white flowers and wisteria, vegetal nuances of aromatic herbs and a very delicate salty sensation. When tasted it is quite soft, but the freshness dominates, flooding the entire palate, accompanied by a strong savory component that makes the drink dangerously smooth and inviting. The finish has good persistence and brings with it a pleasant saline trail.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs very well with sushi, spaghetti with seafood, grouper fillets baked in foil, fried fish as well as soft cheeses.
