Contini's Vernaccia di Oristano is a Sardinian white wine born from aging for at least 4 years in small oak and chestnut barrels, left empty to encourage the formation of the oxidative film of flor yeasts on the surface. In the glass it presents a golden yellow with amber reflections and reveals an intense, broad and complex aromatic profile, with notes of dried fruit, honey and almond blossoms. On the palate it is full-bodied, direct and savory and the alcohol content enhances its aroma

 

Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Contini

Vernaccia di Oristano Contini, when tasted, has a golden color with brilliant amber reflections. Intense and very complex, it seduces with aromas of almond blossom, bitter orange peel, bergamot, aromas of dried fruit, toasted almond, soft nuances of chestnut honey, woody and roasted hints. The sip is deep and long, aromatically complex and very broad, with a harmonious, dry and savory finish, with great tasting persistence. A precious and surprising wine, absolutely worth trying.
