Colli Orientali Del Friuli DOC "Valmasìa" La Tunella, when tasted, has a bright straw yellow color, with refined greenish reflections, has a fresh and clean smell that tells of mint and hawthorn, pink grapefruit and lime, with a delicate marine sensation of algae in the background. Enveloping and silky tasting, it recalls a freshness of aromatic herbs, enriched by a slightly spicy touch, all finished with a savory minerality.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent for pairing with all seafood dishes, it is perfect with pasta with sardines, lobster tagliolini but also turbot ravioli. Also worth trying with sea bass fillet with herbs or a baked sea bream.
