The Salina Bianco produced by Cantine Colosi is a wine that comes from the volcanic soils rich in magnesium and potassium in the Capo Faro area of Salina, an Aeolian island particularly suited to viticulture. Born from a blend of Inzolia and Catarratto grapes, divided into equal parts, which are harvested around the second ten days of September. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for a short period, then for 3 months in the bottle.

 

Salina bianco PGI Colosi

Salina bianco PGI Colosi, when tasted, has a straw yellow colour, fascinates with its hints of ripe and tropical fruit, and thanks to its characteristic Mediterranean imprint. It has a strong personality on the palate, with aromas of white peach that form the backdrop to a fresh and savory sip.

Ideal to accompany fish main courses and tasty seafood dishes.
