Toscana IGT "Cupinero" Col di Bacche

Toscana IGT "Cupinero" Col di Bacche, when tasted, presents an intense ruby red color with garnet shades. On the nose it releases all its power, with intense and complex aromas of dark and ripe berries: blackberry, blueberry and cassis. The notes of tobacco, leather, white pepper and the intriguing notes of an unlit fireplace do not linger. The sensations of Mediterranean scrub in the generic are better defined in basil. Extremely clean, it also shines for the quality of the perfumes. It excites as well as pleases. On the palate it extends gracefully between the ripe texture of tannins and the thickness of the sip; between the heat of the grade with acidity and minerality. In short, he is endowed with intensity, structure and elegance in his attitude. It prolongs the sip, and expresses aromas of berry jam, vanilla and aromatic herbs.

COMBINATIONS

The “Cupinero” needs to be combined with the most demanding dishes of a cuisine based on red meat or game. Very good with mature cheeses.
