The extreme pleasantness of drinking, never taken for granted, which leaves no doubt about the fact that, once a bottle has been opened, it will hardly be left over. This wine, captivating and extremely refined, is dedicated to Silvio Jermann's youngest son, Aloyz Felix (hence the contract name Afix) and is produced with pure Riesling Renano grapes which, thanks to partial vinification on the skins, keeps everything unchanged the aromatic heritage.
"Afix" Riesling Jermann, when tasted, has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it gives the sense of smell intense and persistent varietal aromas of hydrocarbon, lime, pear and tropical fruit, wisteria, sage and spicy notes. The taste is decidedly corresponding and perfectly balanced, with fragrant citrus acidity and a finish with mineral notes.
Perfect in combination with vegetable flans, shellfish, appetizers and dishes based on baked and grilled white fish, sauced white meats and flowery rind cheeses.
