Chianti Classico DOCG Bellavista Vineyard Castello Di Ama

Exemplary and didactic interpretation of Chianti Classico coming from a single particularly suitable vineyard, the Bellavista, whose potential is expressed to the maximum power in this epochal and aristocratic wine that peremptorily seals all the love for this land of the Sebasti, Carini, Tradico and of their wine maker Marco Pallanti, strong in a partnership that has lasted for about three decades. The label was born in 1978 and is produced only in the best vintages, as befits a champion of this lineage.

TASTING NOTES

Visually the Bellavista wine presents a nice dense ruby with a garnet edge. The nose elegantly evokes concentrated tones of wild fruit, purple and red rose, plum and beautiful tones of sweet spice. It permeates the palate with an enticing structure refreshed by a stimulating acid note. Rounded tannin and great harmony anticipate a closure on balsamic tones.

To be combined with long-aged cheeses and important roasts such as pigeon or glazed brisket.
