Vecchio Amaro del Capo Red Hot has managed to win over everyone with its verve and sincere authenticity. Born from an ancient Calabrian recipe studied and perfected by the Master Distillers of the Caffo house, this new amaro is composed of 29 beneficial herbs, fruits and flowers which give it the unique taste that has always distinguished Amaro Caffo but the role of true protagonist the thirtieth ingredient does it: spicy Calabrian chili pepper! Presented on the occasion of the Diamante Chili Pepper Festival.

 

Vecchio Amaro Del Capo Red Hot Caffo

Vecchio Amaro Del Capo Red Hot Caffo, when tasted, has a bewitching crimson colour, on the nose it expresses the typical intense aromas of medicinal herbs, orange and juniper berries, as well as aromatic herbs and a characteristic pungent note of chilli, note that we find it above all when tasted, decisive but gentle at the same time and which also becomes the protagonist of the very long persistence, shared with dark tones of bergamot.

COMBINATIONS

Try it with tonic water, Prosecco and lime juice, for a Calabrian spritz! Making it is very simple, here's what you need:
