Very interesting is this Bolla Noir made sparkling, according to the Martinotti Method, a blend composed of Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Noir; a winning combination, which gives a Brut Spumante with great olfactory fragrance and a tasting of sublime gustatory elegance.

 

Sparkling Brut Bolla Noir Primosic

Brut Bolla Noir Primosic sparkling wine, when tasted it has a brilliant straw yellow color with a very dense and long-lasting perlage, on the nose it reveals rich aromas of candied lemon peel and bread crust, then custard and a hint of toasted peanuts and hazelnuts . Tasting with masterful freshness, it is very rich in citrus flavors that entirely dominate the sip until the long persistence. A very pleasant bubble, which is really difficult to get tired of.
