Brut Perlé is an example how to introduce, differently, a vintage Classic Method, produced with only Chardonnay grapes, which rests for 60 months on the lees and which gives a complexity and an aromatic endowment of incredible elegance and sensuality? Ferrari has been synonymous with quality for more than a century and this thanks to the fusion of passion, the one that starting with Giulio Ferrari was then handed down over time to the Lunelli Brothers, who are the owners of the company today, and the Trentino terroir, with its undisputed minerality and with a simply perfect microclimate.

TASTING NOTES

Brut Perlé, at the tasting it shows a brilliant straw color with a very fine and persistent perlage, it has a complex and seductive nose that blends citrus and dried fruit, honey and gunpowder, white flowers and vanilla. Mouth of equal elegance, powerful but gentle, with a lively and satisfying acid-sapid verve and a beautiful mineral trail.
