Champagne Brut Blanc De Blancs Les 7 Crus Agrapart 75cl
Maximum exaltation of the terroir, this Champagne comes from the 7 Crus of the Agrapart family, located along some of the best parcels of Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Bergeres le Verus, Avenay val d'Or and Mareuil, in the Côte des Blancs, cradle of Chardonnay. With a refinement on the yeasts for at least three years and the aid of malolactic fermentation, which contributes to giving softness and creaminess, Les 7 Crus is a concentrate of minerality that defines the iconic style of Agrapart and the unattainable vocation of this land for production of very large bubbles from Chardonnay.
Champagne Brut Blanc De Blancs Les 7 Crus Agrapart
Champagne Brut Blanc De Blancs Les 7 Crus Agrapart, on tasting it presents a very bright straw yellow color with vivid gold-green reflections, on the nose it opens up to a world of juicy white fruit, plum and nectarine, then toasted notes of peanuts and hazelnuts, a hint of nutmeg and white pepper, with hints of cedar jam. A two-sided tasting: initially fruity, alluring, welcoming, and then becoming the quintessence of minerality, unfolding along with flavour, freshness and a defined citrus vein that takes a clear salt trail under its arm.
COMBINATIONS
The perfect choice for a glamorous aperitif, it is to be tried, of course, with oysters and raw seafood in general. It also goes well with creamy first courses such as scallop risotto.
