Born from 100% Chardonnay from the best Champagne Crus, this Blanc de Blancs signed Perrier-Jouët is the fruit of a sensational cuvée, designed to pay homage to the Maison and its commitment, spanning over two centuries, in valorising this unique and inimitable. Fresh, lively and refined, this Champagne, aged for at least three years in the company cellars, stands out for its energetic sip and its gustatory and aromatic structure, proving to be the perfect bottle for all occasions, a concentrate of vitality and freshness.

 

Champagne Brut Blanc De Blancs Perrier-Joüet

Champagne Brut Blanc De Blancs Perrier-Joüet, when tasted, has a straw yellow color with gold-green reflections and very thin bubbles, it enchants the nose with strong aromas of elderberry and thyme, acacia honey and white rose, very light citrus fruits in the background. Fresh, vigorous sip, it stands out for its mineral profile which is revealed here with a perfect balance between freshness and flavor, with character but without being scratchy. The persistence of the lemon custard is very long.

COMBINATIONS

For an aperitif with a capital A, it is a jewel for the most precious moments. Excellent with delicate first courses and fish-based dishes, it is perfect with a seafood risotto.
