Champagne Brut Henri de Verlaine
It is produced by the Champagne Cooperative of Reims, the first cooperative born around the mid-19th century by the will of the great producers in order to produce a wine of great quality accessible to all. Champenois method; wine aging lasts from one to four years.
TASTING NOTES
Champagne Brut Henri de Verlaine, upon degusting, shows a light golden yellow color, with an abundant and medium-sized perlage. The nose expresses with fascinating notes of autumn fruit such as pear and apple and a seductive floral. On the palate it is dry, elegant and harmonious, with good body, but also a lot of finesse.
PAIRINGS
Champagne Henri de Verlaine is recommended to accompany and embellish the aperitif and is excellent throughout the meal with fish-based dishes such as fish first courses, tartare, grilled fish and sushi and sashimi.
