Trebbiano D'Abruzzo PDO Organic "Trebbio" Rupicapra Tollo

Trebbiano D'Abruzzo PDO Organic "Trebbio" Rupicapra Tollo, when tasted, has a pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections, in some cases it may present a slight haze as it has not undergone any filtration process. On the nose it envelops mandarin peel and medlar with fruity tones, together with aromas of peach blossoms, lavender and a pinch of honey. The tasting is full and lively, with good flavor and considerable acid support which leads to a rather long finish consistent with the olfactory aromas.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with seafood cuisine but does not disdain white meats.
