Curtefranca DOC Bianco, to continue an ancient tradition, made of a rigorously still wine and made 100% of Chardonnay grapes from a very small plot, about 5 hectares, adjacent to the Convent. An aging of 12 months in oak completes the whole, for a wine that manages to give unique emotions!

Curtefranca DOC Bianco Convento SS.Annunciata di Bellavista, when tasted it shows a bright straw yellow color with vivid greenish reflections, the nose envelops with tropical fruity tones of pineapple, melon and mango, hints of papaya and more elegant tones of yellow roses, vanilla and gerberas. Vanilla and peanut butter background. Warm, full-bodied and structured sip, enveloping and soft at the same time, with clear mineral sensations and a very long savory persistence.

PAIRINGS

The possibilities of pairing are endless: from a seafood risotto, to a salmon carpaccio, from smoked fish to spaghetti with clams, it does not mind a pizza with 4 cheeses.
