Campania IGT Falanghina Flamingo Borgo Talenti

Campania IGT Falanghina Flamingo Borgo Talenti, on tasting it presents a straw yellow color with bright greenish flashes, on the nose it expresses all the typical characteristics of the grapes with a citrus richness of lime and grapefruit, then elegant notes of jasmine flowers and unripe apple, the all enriched by slightly saline tones. Balanced tasting, it presents itself as mineral, with excellent freshness and a strong flavour, all defined by satisfying saline and fruity aromas.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with shellfish and fish-based first courses, it is the perfect wine for raw fish. Also try it with baked sardines au gratin.
