Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC Sauvignon Conte d'Attimis Maniago

Conte D'Attimis Maniago's Sauvignon wine is produced with 100% Sauvignon blanc grapes from Italian and French clones. It is a grape of French origin which in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, where it has been cultivated since 1800, has found an environment suitable for expressing the elegant aroma typical of the variety at the highest levels.

TASTING NOTES
The Sauvignon wine of Conte D'Attimis Maniago at the tasting shows a straw yellow color. The intense and elegant bouquet offers a wide range of sensations ranging from white pulp fruit and citrus to the characteristic notes of pepper and tomato leaf. Delicate notes of elderberry and vanilla that appear with aging. Finely aromatic, savory and caressing flavor, the soft gustatory structure allows for considerable evolutionary potential. The long finish is proposed with warm and rightly aromatic notes.
PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, with light appetizers and first courses. Wine for “noble” fish such as lobster, lobster, salmon or salted fish. Excellent with creams and soups, white meats and delicate cheeses.
