It stands out above all for the bouquet of green apple and white peach, but also for a refined nuance of lemon balm and mint. The taste on the palate is clear. Above all, the aroma of peach, which gives this wine a lot of vivacity, but also a marked softness. The organoleptic profile, very articulated, comes from a game between freshness and mineral taste, embellished by a very prolonged aftertaste.

 

Alto Adige Cuvee DOC "Terlaner" Terlan

When tasted, the white wine Cuvee DOC Terlaner by Terlan shows a straw yellow color, the nose expresses a beautiful bouquet of green apple and white peach and a refined nuance of lemon balm and mint. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and of great harmony. A mineral trace of great charm and incisiveness accompanies the trait up to a closure of excellent persistence.

PAIRINGS

Also excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with asparagus salads or with typical dishes such as pizza or pasta with tomato sauce, focaccia with rosemary or penne all'arrabbiata.
