The result of the blend of the three white grapes typical of the territory and present on the estate, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Ottonese, Le Nuvole is a fresh, immediate and very easy to drink white wine, designed for moments of conviviality and lightheartedness. The grapes, from vines grown as saplings on clayey and shallow soil, are vinified solely in steel and give a wine that refines, on average, for 8 months in steel.

Lazio PGI "Le Nuvole" Marco Antonelli, when tasted, presents a straw yellow color with insistent golden reflections, on the nose it reveals itself with a prevalence of tropical and exotic fruits, followed by cedar peel and a hint of iodine. Freshness and resourcefulness when tasted where it presents itself with a good body, round enough, and then turns towards the right savory counterpoint which rebalances the sip, inviting the next drink.

COMBINATIONS

A perfect wine to accompany many dishes, from a Roman-style mixed fried dish to a rabbit hunter style. To try with lake fish.
