Pouilly Fuissé 'L'Ancien Prieuré' Regnard, when tasted, presents a pale straw yellow colour, enlivened by greenish reflections. The nose opens immediately showing aromas of yellow flowers and fruit followed by more complex scents such as honey, cut grass, cedar. On the palate it shows a good balance of flavour-softness which accompanies us towards the pleasantly fresh finish.
It pairs perfectly with delicate fried fish or fresh salads flavored with anchovies in oil.
