Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG "La Poderina" Tenute Del Cerro
Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG "La Poderina" Tenute Del Cerro, when tasted, has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The olfactory debut is initially played on enveloping spicy and balsamic notes, then giving way to notes of dried flowers and fruit, even in jam, reminiscent of black cherry and berries. The wood used in maturation gives subtle toasted nuances. It is firm on the palate, incredibly soft, supported by excellently proportioned tannins, good freshness and a pleasant flavour. Superb in persistence, long and tasty, it brings intriguing olfactory suggestions to the palate.
COMBINATIONS
Served at a temperature of around 18°C, it pairs well with a risotto with liver ragout, Chianina steak, stews and braised meats, grilled meat, noble poultry and mature cheeses.
