The Chianti Colli Senesi from Tenute del Cerro is a red wine that represents with simplicity and immediacy the traditions and winemaking history of the Sienese terroir. A wine with a youthful profile, perfect for tasting at the table on more informal occasions. The Sangiovese, aged in steel for 8 months and then in the bottle, draws the olfactory and gustatory picture through a frame of delicately fruity and immediate aromas and flavours, which do not require any waiting to fully manifest themselves.

Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG Fattoria del Cerro Tenute del Cerro, when tasted, presents a ruby red color, crossed by violet reflections. The nose is simple and direct, with crunchy notes where the fruit is expressed with different nuances, from floral hints of sweet violet and fruity hints of currant, plum and morello cherry. On the palate you can precisely recognize the warmth and good body of Tuscan Sangiovese, not without a freshness that makes the wine lean and easy to drink. Good final persistence.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with first courses seasoned with meat and mushroom sauces, veal stews and roast chicken.
