Nero D'Avola "Passo Delle Mule" Duca Di Salaparuta, when tasted, has an intense and deep ruby red colour, on the nose it smells of plum jam, morello cherry and raspberries, on a background of aromatic herbs, black pepper and undergrowth with hints of vanilla. Rich, velvety, round tasting, it has typical, austere but gentle tannins that help create an excellent balance with lively freshness. Long spicy aromatic persistence.

COMBINATIONS

With red meats and mature cheeses, it is worth trying with grilled lamb.
