Barbera D'Alba DOC "Fisetta" Ciabon Berton

Harvesting of Barbera grapes in the locality of La Morra in the Cappallotti and Bricco San Biagio subzones. The vineyards are located in a hilly area, with exposure to the east, 300 meters above sea level and clayey-calcareous soil. The yield per ha is 56 hl and the average age of the vineyards is 10 years. The density / ha is 4500 plants and the annual production of 10,000 bottles. The vinification process takes place with maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C, with the must remaining on the skins for 6-8 days. The wine is aged for 8 months in steel.

TASTING NOTES

The purplish red color, the notes of cherry on the nose and the fruity, pulpy and rightly acid taste make it a fresh and very pleasant wine.
