The red wine Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Falcale by Piero Mancini at the tasting shows an intense ruby color with purple reflections of great brightness. The nose has pleasant aromas of red fruit jam, balsamic sensations of resin and a spicy profile of cloves and black pepper. The taste is rich, savory and full, almost pounding in the tug-of-war between freshness and flavor, held together by an integrated but rustic tannin, typical of the grape, which accompanies a long persistence of fruity returns.
