Barolo DOCG Della Marmora Cantine Sartirano-San Silvestro

Barolo DOCG Della Marmora, when tasted, presents itself with a clear and bright garnet red colour, opens with a strong nose of wild berries in jam and sweet spices, notes of dried flowers and dried violets, together with balsamic and menthol tones of Mediterranean scrub. Powerful, vigorous tasting and well-calibrated between freshness and flavor, it is rich in spicy references of cinnamon and cloves, while it closes towards more delicate notes of talc and powder.

COMBINATIONS

With a fillet with porcini mushrooms, with a potato and black truffle pie, with mature cheeses.
