The Brut Rosé sparkling wine from the Bibbi winery, a Franciacorta that speaks of love in every single detail. From the care taken to preserve all the typical aromas of the grapes (in this case Pinot Noir at 60% and Chardonnay at 40%), up to the maceration, for a whole night, for the black grapes, in order to give the wonderful pinkish colour, ending with the label, where a tandem is depicted, because 'to love is to go together in the same direction'.

 

Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé Bibbi

The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé sparkling wine from the Bibbi winery, when tasted, presents itself with a very delicate pink nuance, its nose is outlined by aromas of strawberries and strawberry trees, raspberry and vanilla candy, honey and bread crust, chalk and aromatic herbs. Pleasant and balanced on the palate, soft and with a vaguely savory persistence.

COMBINATIONS

An excellent aperitif, it goes well with first and second courses based on shellfish, delicate white meats and flowery rind cheeses.
