The Champagne Brut rosè Vintage by Veuve is a vintage wine, produced by assembling grapes harvested in the same vintage. The production of "vintage" takes place when the season is exceptional and when there are higher quality levels than the standards. The grapes come exclusively from grand cru and premier cru, it is simply dazzling in its organoleptic richness.

 

Champagne Brut rosé Vintage Veuve Clicquot

The Champagne Brut rosè Vintage by Veuve, when tasted, shows a very intense pink color, almost coppery and releases very fine and compact bubbles that increase its luminous intensity. The olfactory picture is drawn by aromas of forest fruit, citrus peel and light mineral nuances. The taste is irresistible, it stretches well between freshness and softness, remaining surprisingly drinkable and tasty, despite the very long aging. Perfect to drink now, but can still say so much in the future.

Ideal to accompany fish-based cuisine. Good with crab meat tagliatelle.
