Bollinger's Champagne Brut “Special Cuvée” is the result of the skilful and delicate blend of a small part of vintage wine and a majority of reserve wines.

 

Special Cuvée Brut Bollinger

When tasted, the Special Cuvée Brut Bollinger champagne has a brilliant straw yellow color and crossed by infinite and very minute bubbles, it smells of white flowers, citrus fruits and biscuit, gunpowder, almond sugared almond, aromatic herbs and acacia honey. Sip balanced between freshness and softness, with a sapid and mineral trail to close it all.
