It was the first white in the history of Castello Monaci. It is a single variety based on Chardonnay. Aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit. The taste in the mouth is fresh, soft and enveloping.

 

Chardonnay IGT "Simera" Castello Monaci

When tasted, the white wine Chardonnay Simera shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense aromas of yellow fruit on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, soft and enveloping.

Simera is perfect to accompany a light summer meal based on fish and vegetables; try it also as an aperitif, with sushi and raw seafood.
