Cabreo La Pietra white wine comes from the vineyards of Tenute del Cabreo, within the municipality of Greve in Chianti. Originally created in 1983, it is the result of a process of fermentation and aging in wood, which characterize it as the Tuscan interpretation of a very successful international type of white wine.

The white wine IGT Cabreo La Pietra di Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari at the tasting shows a bright golden yellow color, the Cabreo La Pietra di Folonari presents a rich and intense olfactory bouquet. The spicy hints, which bring to mind the aroma of vanilla, are pleasantly combined with the notes of butter and peach compote. On the palate it is velvety, harmonious and complex, distinguishing itself as a lucky union between the elegance and delicacy typical of white wines and the strength and character of reds.
PAIRINGS

Ideal to be served in combination with white meat dishes, it is excellent with fish and shellfish dishes and with vegetable-based first courses.
