Les Cretes Chardonnay is a fresh and savory white wine with medium structure, aged for 6 months in steel on the yeasts. Fresh, savory and mineral expressions are embellished with soft nuances of exotic fruit, peach and honey.

 

Valle d'Aosta DOC Chardonnay Les Cretes

Valle d'Aosta DOC Chardonnay Les Cretes, when tasted, has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clear and crystalline. On the nose you can perceive soft and elegant aromas of fresh fruit, flowers and acacia honey, embellished with a delicate mineral note. The taste is fresh and savory, of great intensity and persistence, with a finish that confirms the fruity and floral sensations perceived on the nose.

COMBINATIONS

Also excellent as an aperitif, Chardonnay de Les Crêtes pairs well with appetizers, first courses (soups, minestrone soups, pastas, soups), flans, herb and vegetable omelettes, medium-aged full-fat cheeses.
