TASTING NOTES

 
The Chablis 1er Cru Cuvée Pic Premier Albert Pic at the tasting shows an antique golden yellow color. Delicate, full and very intense, this Chablis Pic Premier enchants us with floral and fruity aromas still well fragrant despite its age. Sweet scents of honey and candied fruit immediately follow, followed by herbaceous and mineral scents. In the mouth it is buttery and very elegant, with a fresh vein still very present that makes everything perfectly harmonious and persistent. It closes with a long sweet and mineral finish.

Ideal with seafood or shellfish dishes such as natural oysters or with simple, unripened cheeses.
