The Sangre De Toro Chardonnay Selection born from pure Chardonnay grapes in vineyards with an average age between 16 and 21 years and sees all phases of production pass through steel, without any use of wood. Thus, it can express all the peculiarities of the grape and its aging potential which, with a well-preserved bottle, easily settles down to 3-4 years.

Sangre De Toro Chardonnay Selection Torres, when tasted, presents itself with a brilliant straw color, with vigorous gold-green reflections. It gives the nose very fine hints of white pepper, exotic fruit, lime and fine herbs, then toasted almonds, all imbued with a profound minerality. Tasting with a full-bodied balance, it denotes softness, freshness and flavor, with numerous hints of spices and citrus fruits.

COMBINATIONS

With shellfish and fish in general, it can give great emotions with fried egg and truffle slices.
