Friuli Isonzo White DOC "Flors of Uis Vie Di Romans

The white wine Flors di Uis by Vie Di Romans at the tasting shows a deep golden yellow color. Passion fruit, mango, floral notes, sweet spices, vanilla nuances: all the scents almost seem to come to life in the glass and literally seduce the nose. In tasting the wine continues to be very expressive, with a predominance of floral that dominates the other flavors. It is deep, vivid and structured.

Perfect with fish-based cuisine and shellfish. Excellent with shrimp risotto.
