A careful and time-respectful winemaking process and a long 18-month refinement in the best wood give life to Morò, a wine that is a surprise and a discovery, in the name of the great heritage of native Italian grapes.
Serrapetrona DOC Morò Cantine Fontezoppa, when tasted, presents a ruby red color. On the nose it is rich in extract, sweet spices combined with black cherry in alcohol, plum jam and a pleasant woody note. Consistent in the mouth, with jam and sweet spices combined with a dense tannic texture which supports the entire progression with the alcoholic strength.
Excellent with meat dishes, including furred game and mature cheeses.
