Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Acinatico Accordini wine
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Acinatico Accordini is the undisputed king of Veronese wines, Amarone della Valpolicella has always been closely linked to the typical grapes of the valleys where it is born: corvina, rondinella, molinara. These are traditionally left to dry on special racks until January or February to then be vinified with the arrival of spring. This leads Amarone to be the most famous of the passito, dry wines. Stefano Accordini's interpretation leads to an important and sumptuous, structured and engaging wine. A powerful wine, capable of stirring the spirits thanks to a plot of great workmanship . TASTING NOTES
- Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Acinatico Accordini wine of dark ruby red color with light garnet reflections. The nose is compact, expresses vanilla notes and hints of dried red fruit, almost in jam. As the seconds pass, even noble aromas emerge, of dark spices and coffee, leather and china. In the mouth it is powerful, warm, characterized by a noble and sinuous tannic texture. Powerful, full, it is unexpectedly very drinkable thanks to a never tame freshness. It closes with a practically infinite finish for persistence.
