The blend is the classic one from the Bordeaux area, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, vinified separately to preserve all the varietal expression of each individual grape: the musts are matured in steel tanks, without any exposure to oxygen , to then be assembled and further refined, always in steel, all the time necessary for the aromas, tannins and bodies to blend together. The result is a soft, silky, powerful but suave wine, an elegant Mouton Cadet signed by one of the most influential Maisons in the world!

Cadet Rouge Baron Philippe De Rothschild, when tasted, has a bright ruby red color with purple hues, smells of crunchy berries, blackberries in alcohol and undergrowth, hints of rose petals and violet with notes of musk. Soft, deep but gentle tasting, it shows velvety tannin and an incredible savory boost that also reveals balsamic hints. Long persistence, very aromatic, fruity.

COMBINATIONS

With a mixed grill of meat and first courses with tasty sauces, it is also delicious with semi-hard cheeses.
