Produced with an assembly of different crus and aged in large wood, it expresses great balance and elegance.
TASTING NOTES
The red wine Barolo di Serralunga DOCG by Ettore Germano at desgustation shows a ruby red color with garnet hues. On the nose it opens on delicate floral aromas of violet, aromas of small berries, ripe cherries, licorice root and soft spicy memories. On the palate it has good structure, with a tannic texture well integrated with the body of the wine, rich and complex aromas and a fresh, harmonious and very persistent finish.
