Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Apollo of biodynamic production, 100% from the vine of the same name, fermented with indigenous yeasts, processed exclusively in steel and with a very low sulfur content. A wine that knows how to express the entire varietal of the grape, capable of combining freshness and complexity at the same time.

Montepulciano D'Abruzzo Colline Teramane DOCG Apollo Ausonia, when tasted, presents itself with a brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections, has a juicy and inviting nose of currants, raspberries and blueberries in jam, with rich spicy tones of cinnamon and black pepper and hints of cinchona, rhubarb and bark. Fresh, agile, lively tasting, it shows a rare softness and a truly velvety tannin. The finish is long and persistent, reminiscent of fruit.

COMBINATIONS

Delicious with first courses with meat sauce, spaghetti all'amatriciana, mature cheeses and, of course, with kebabs.
