Nizza Cipressi by Michele Chiarlo is born in the vineyards with the best exposure of the La Court estate, located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Calcea, in the province of Asti. It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes, harvested only by hand. A full-bodied red, pleasantly savory and round.

The red wine Barbera d'Asti Nizza DOCG "Cipressi" by Michele Chiarlo at tasting shows a color that recalls purple. The nose clearly reveals aromas of ripe berries, alternating with more woody and spicy hints. In the mouth it is rich, medium-bodied, very enveloping thanks to a refreshing acidity. On average persistent on the finish.

PAIRINGS

It is drunk quietly throughout the meal, accompanied by first and second meat-based dishes. Excellent with agnolotti with rabbit ragout.
