Barolo DOCG Oddero 2019 75 cl
Barolo Oddero is born in vineyards located in the municipality of La Morra, in the heart of Piedmont. It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 30 months before being bottled.
Barolo wine Cantine Oddero
When tasted, the Barolo Cantine Oddero shows a beautiful bright garnet red. The olfactory scents are typical and unmistakable, warm and ethereal, pleasant, spicy, of truffle, tobacco, nutmeg, licorice and withered flowers. On the palate it arrives robust and structured, warm and dry, with important and full tannins, and an impertinent persistence.
PAIRINGS Barolo Oddero
The Barolo Cantine Oddero wine must be paired with tasty and structured preparations, based on red meats or game. Together with a good piece of Parmigiano Reggiano, it can also become an excellent meditation wine. Try it with cream and truffle pheasant.
