Solo Per Gian is a grappa born from the skilful union of Tre Soli Tre, Roccanivo and Bric del Gaian, aged for 10 years in the new cellar in 1200 liter barrels and 100 liter barrels. Solo Per Gian is the history of this distillery, collected and kept in the new, completely renovated Berta Museum. SoloPerGian is also a non-profit foundation that will support artisans in difficulty and help young people who want to learn a trade.

 

Grappa Solo Per Gian Berta 70cl

Grappa Solo Per Gian di Berta when tasted shows a bright amber color with mahogany and bronze reflections, it expresses sensations of cherry in alcohol and dried apricot, cinnamon, white pepper, vanilla, caramel, pepper and aromatic herbs to the nose. The taste is soft, structured and enveloping, very rich in toasted references and very long in smoky persistence.
